KUALA LUMPUR, 27 September 2022 – MRH Digital Sdn Bhd was established in 2018 to provide infrastructure solutions to licensed wireless operator throughout Malaysia. The company is currently rolling out a network of unique tower solution in strategic high-demand locations nationwide.
MRH Digital has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chengdu Sihan Technology Stock Ltd, and COSMOS International Consultancy as Strategic Partners which involves developing, managing, operating and maintaining a network of multi-operator telecommunication towers and In Building Connectivity (IBC) at strategic locations throughout Malaysia, such as Government Schools, Hospitals Bomba and government land.
This collaboration will involve direct investment from Chendu Sihan Technology China of approximately RM 1.6 Billion. This investment is unique and will not involve any financing from local government agencies. We will offer our customers a wide range of technical solutions that will allow them to provide the best wireless service to their customers. Furthermore, this partnership with Chendu Sihan Technology as a solution developer and provider ensures a great synergy between our respective companies.
Through this collaboration, MRH Digital can assist Malaysia to achieve its SG rollout goal of connectivity across the nation within its dedicated timeframe.
This will ensure Malaysia will be one of the Asean leaders in digital connectivity and the huge benefits 5G can bring, from a commercial, industrial and personal perspective.
